Our Exhibitors

We are proud of the many exhibitors who attend the Antique Fair and Treasure Market each year.

With many returning year after year, we love seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. Below is how you can get involved as an Exhibitor, plus all the details of the Fair and Treasure Market.

Please note: All stands/sites must be pre booked and fully pre-paid; we DO NOT accept stands on the day of the event. Our 2017 program is currently being finalised, we will have more details here soon.

Antique Fair

SATURDAY 19 August & SUNDAY 20 August

Public opening times are: Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm

Application Forms

All site holders must have public liability insurance; refer to the application form if you do not hold this insurance.


AUDITORIUM Tyndale School, East Terrace

Site Size: 1.8 x 1.8 metres Fee $130.00 per site - 1 Trestle table is included for each site


Strathalbyn Town Hall, High Street

Site Size: 4 x 3 metres Fee $360.00 per site - 1 Trestle table is included for each site

General Venue Info

All venues will be open from 10.00am Friday to setup stalls. SATURDAY - venues open at 8.00am for traders. SUNDAY - venues open at 8.00am for traders. Please do not pack up your site before 4.00pm on Sunday afternoon. Stallholders must clear the venues by 7.00pm Sunday evening for cleaning purposes. Each venue will have security provided from closing time on both nights. The SLTA thanks Tyndale Christian School for making their facilities available as part of this event.

Giant Treasure Market

SUNDAY 20 August

Trading times are from 8am to 4pm. Venue is Strathalbyn Football Oval with stallholder entry via Ashbourne Rd only. Please note - OUTSIDE sites are not sheltered. Outside site (around oval) size is 5 x 5 metres - Fee $30. There are a limited number of INSIDE Show Hall Sites - size is 4 x 2.5 metres - Fee $60. Trestle hire (for inside Hall sites only) $15, Power $10. Treasure Market site application form is available here. Treasure Market Food Stall Holders application form available here. Please note - There will be security present overnight and the gates will also be locked until 5.30am on Sunday morning.
